As the COVID-19 pandemic progresses into a second year, HIV Care Teams are met with the challenge of increased housing instability and homelessness affecting access to care. The advent of a mild recession has generated the need for assistance with housing payments and increased shelter placements. The New York State eviction moratorium was initiated in March  2020 and expired in January 2022. This conference will address the challenge of homelessness and housing instability and food insecurity in New York post moratorium and strategies to combat the emerging health crisis.
