The goal of today’s session is to learn patient experiences and their journeys to initiate PrEP

As a result of this training, participants will be able to:
Recall the factors prompting a patient to utilize PrEP
Recognize the importance of the patient’s comfort level with a sexual history
Understand the role providers can play in creating a sex positive approach to healthcare
Support patients as they navigate the healthcare system when accessing PrEP
