Topic: Struggling with Loss: Discussion of Depression and Grief for
PLWH of Color affected by the Pandemic

Learning Objectives:
- Review the definition of loss as it relates to cultures and COVID-19
- To explore a newer view of the Stages of Grief
- To explore the clinical definition of Depression and what it looks
likes in different cultures
- To explore the task of mourning and pain recognition
This program will be of interest to physicians, physician assistants,
nurse practitioners, registered nurses, pharmacists, social workers,
case managers, and mental health practitioners. Other disciplines are
also welcome to attend.
